• What to bring: Personal expenses, sunscreen, swimsuit, beach towel (can be rented at the hotel)
• If you bring a camera, you can ask the tour guide to take pictures.
• Basically, it will take place at White Beach, but if the weather is bad, you can also depart from Bulabog Beach.

• Roundtrip hotel pickup is provided. However, only White Beach Station 1-3 is available. In other areas, it will be held at D'Mall McDonald's and City Mall.
• Entry to Crystal Cove may not be possible due to the weather and local circumstances on the day. If entry is not possible, snorkeling may be substituted.
• Pick-up time may be a little late depending on the hotel location.

• If a no-show occurs due to failure to meet the pick-up/meeting time, all responsibility lies with the traveler. Be sure to board the vehicle at the agreed upon location at the reserved time.
• Problems arising from not receiving meeting information due to errors in reservation request information, errors in contact information due to local SIM card purchase, etc. are the fault of the customer and cannot be grounds for refund or cancellation.
• Tour Five is responsible for providing information on this travel product, and responsibility for locally organized travel lies with the local tour provider. Therefore, we are not directly involved in the operation of the product, and operation and safety compliance are the responsibility of the local company. - Cancellation and change after confirmation of reservation (after deposit and payment): KRW 5,000 / per person / per tour
- Cancellation and change within 14 business days prior to the product usage date: 30% fee of the reservation amount
