• Basically, it will take place at White Beach, but if the weather is bad, you can also depart from Bulabog Beach.

• Roundtrip hotel pickup is provided. However, only White Beach Station 1-3 is available. In other areas, it will be held at D-Mall McDonald's and City Mall.
• Entry to Crystal Cove may not be possible due to weather and local circumstances on the day, and if entry is not possible, snorkeling may be substituted.
• Pick-up time may be a little late depending on the hotel location.

- Cancellation and change after confirmation of reservation (after deposit and payment): KRW 5,000 / per person / per tour
- Cancellation and change within 14 business days prior to the product usage date: 30% fee of the reservation amount
- Cancellation and change 3 business days before the product usage date: 50% fee of the reservation amount
- Cancellation and change within 2 business days prior to the product usage date: 90% of the reservation amount will be charged.
- Cancellation and change on the same business day as the product use date: Full refund is not possible.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
