• Basically, it will start from White Beach, but if the weather is bad, it may start from Bulabog Beach.
• Children aged 3 to 5 years old are subject to child rates, and helmet diving is not permitted for children.

• Hotel round-trip pick-up is provided. However, it is only available for White Beach Station 1-3. For other areas, it is available at D'Mall McDonald's and City Mall.
• In the case of admission to Crystal Cove, admission may not be possible on the day due to weather or local circumstances, and in case admission is not possible, snorkeling may be performed instead.

- Cancellation and change after confirmation of reservation (after deposit and payment): KRW 5,000 / per person / per tour
- Cancellation and change within 14 business days prior to the product usage date: 30% fee of the reservation amount
- Cancellation and change 3 business days before the product usage date: 50% fee of the reservation amount
- Cancellation and change within 2 business days prior to the product usage date: 90% of the reservation amount will be charged.
- Cancellation and change on the same business day as the product use date: Full refund is not possible.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
