What to Remember
- The meeting place will be notified via WhatsApp and email the day before the tour or on the morning of the tour. The exact meeting place may change depending on the weather forecast.
- If you would like to be notified of the meeting location by phone, please include a local number in your request.
- Don't forget your swimsuit and towel.
- Drinks/food are not provided.
- Customers bringing their own drinks are requested to bring a bag to store them safely.
- Bring your own mask and goggles, waterproof bag, extra clothes, sunscreen, swimsuit, extra cash, beach towel and camera.
- If the number of participants is not met, the cruise will be rescheduled for the next day. If an activity is canceled or changed, we will notify you in advance as much as possible.
- If visits to some attractions are canceled due to delays due to traffic, weather, or other force majeure, a partial refund is possible by contacting customer service.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation fee of 100% occurs 0 to 0 days before the selected date.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
