BESTI booked and experienced twice, and both were fun. Due to the schedule, I had to change the date and time, but despite the previous day, I checked it and changed it! You said that is possible on the day. It's good to have a deal by the beach, but it's also good to make a comfortable reservation once.

- You must arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time.

- Refunds are not available for no-shows on the date of use.

- If you are a customer using a package/semi-package product, you cannot use it or receive a refund.
- Adult and child prices are the same.
- Reservations cannot be made on the day of arrival in Boracay.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- During the rainy season, paddleboarding is difficult due to the waves, so surfing is replaced. Surfing is available for ages 7 and older.
- Cancellation/refund policy only applies to cases received during business hours (10:00 AM - 18:00 PM) on weekdays, excluding weekends/public holidays.
