BESTI booked and experienced twice, and both were fun. Due to the schedule, I had to change the date and time, but despite the previous day, I checked it and changed it! - Refunds are not possible due to no-shows on the day of use.

- Customers using package/semi-package products cannot use or receive refunds.
- Adult and child prices are the same.
- Reservations are not possible on the day of arrival in Boracay.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.

- During the rainy season, paddleboarding is difficult due to the waves, so surfing is replaced. Surfing is available for ages 7 and older.
- Cancellation/refund policy only applies to cases received during business hours (10:00 AM - 18:00 PM) on weekdays, excluding weekends/public holidays.
