What to Remember
- This product is not available for domestic flights or flights coming from countries other than Korea.
- Same-day pick-up location and exclusive service cannot be changed. (You can only change the pick-up and drop-off location for your return flight at least 24 hours in advance.)
- It is free for children under 4 years old (60 months or younger), and for children older than that, the price is the same as for adults.
- Please be sure to adhere to the sanding time.
- Please prepare the pick-up/sending voucher and hotel voucher we sent you.
- You will receive a sticker that you can attach to your bag, shoulder, or chest. Please do not display this sticker until you arrive at the hotel.
- Customers are responsible for any loss or damage to their belongings and baggage caused by porter service, etc., so please check carefully.
- When entering the Philippines, children under the age of 15 must have their parents prepare an English certified copy. (Especially in the case of mother and child without father | Please prepare in advance through Civil Service 24.)
- Resorts such as Savoy / Fairway / Movenpick / Crimson / The Lind / Shangri-La strictly control the entry of outsiders, so our staff cannot enter.

Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellation and change within 14 business days prior to the product usage date: 30% fee of the reservation amount
- Cancellation and change within 3 business days prior to the product usage date: 50% fee of the reservation amount
- Cancellation and change within 2 business days prior to the product usage date: 90% of the reservation amount will be charged.
- Cancellation and change on the same business day as the product use date: Full refund is not possible.
