How does it work?

For pick-up, when you leave Kalibo Airport, staff will be waiting across from the airport exit. At this time, we will give you a sticker that you can attach to your bag, shoulder, or chest. This sticker must be attached until you arrive at the hotel to ensure smooth guidance without any confusion! I'll guide you through the route. After meeting with company employees at the airport and checking the names on the picket, you will be transferred to Caticlan Jetty Port. To enter Boracay, take a boat and upon arrival at Cak Ban Port, you will be taken to the hotel by tricycle under the guidance of a staff member. In the case of drop-off, the process is reversed, and when you return home, you can comfortably wait at the hotel room where you check out on the same day according to the drop-off time.

Due to the Kalibo International Airport building remodeling construction, it is difficult to board and wait for vehicles, and many customers are experiencing inconvenience due to the narrow waiting area, so we partnered with Masita, Kalibo's only Korean restaurant, to open a lounge.

After arriving at the airport, customers can meet the Ace Boracay Pick-up & Send-off staff and enjoy a refreshing drink while waiting at the Ace Boracay Pick-up & Send Meeting Center (Cafe One) until boarding the vehicle. Additionally, all services such as a 30-minute foot massage (worth $10) and lounge access (worth $10) are included.
