What to Remember

- Children under 6 years old can ride for free without purchasing a ticket.
- This product cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged.
- If you have not used the actual ticket you exchanged, you can apply for a refund at the designated window in the Kyushu area of Japan, so please process it yourself.
- If the actual ticket is wrinkled, stained, has water stains, or has the date scratched off, it cannot be refunded even if it is unused.
- Please show the date side of your ticket to the driver when getting off.
- After receiving the actual ticket, please scratch off the date required for use of the ticket and use it.
- When getting off the bus, simply show the driver your ticket with the date written on it.
- Please exchange within the date and operating hours you selected when making your reservation.

Cancellation and Refund
* Free refunds and changes are available only for tickets that have not been exchanged for a physical ticket within the validity period.

* Unused tickets can be refunded at a designated window (Kitahama Bus Center).
