Simply leave your suitcase at the airport and we will safely deliver your luggage to your hotel in Fukuoka City. If your hotel is in Chuo-ku or Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, you can use the luggage delivery service, so you can save your energy and time without having to carry heavy luggage.

How to use

Luggage received before 1 PM will be safely delivered to the hotel by 3 PM, and luggage received after 1 PM will be delivered by 8 PM, so please keep this in mind when using the service. Also, the name of the service reservation must be the same as the name of the hotel reservation. 

On the day of use, please present 1) the mobile voucher sent upon completion of the reservation and 2) the hotel reservation confirmation (for confirming the hotel name, date of stay, and hotel reservation name) at the DELIBAG reception counter at Fukuoka Airport. 

* The sum of the three sides of the carrier must be less than 140 cm, and if it exceeds this, an additional fee of 300 yen will be charged per item.
* If the hotel does not allow luggage to be left, a staff member can deliver it directly in front of the hotel. (However, an additional fee will be charged per item.)
