Precautions when using

• Since the pass is magnetic, if the magnetic strip is damaged, the pass may not be read at the ticket gate. When storing your pass, please do not store it with your cell phone, magnet, credit card, etc.
• We are not responsible for external damage other than magnetic damage.
• If you are unable to use your pass while using it, please do not go through the ticket gate and present your pass directly to the station staff.
• If the date is not stamped on the back of your pass, it will not be read at the turnstile. In this case, please exchange it for a new pass at the physical pass receipt location (ticket exchange location).
• If you cannot use the pass due to a problem (if the date is not stamped), you must return the physical pass to the ticket exchange office for a refund. Please understand that refunds are not possible for non-instructions.
• This product is a foreigner-only pass and cannot be refunded or exchanged at regular subway stations. If there is a problem with your pass, please be sure to contact the ticket exchange office (+81-70-1404-2928).

- Free cancellation is possible before exchanging physical tickets.
- After exchanging a physical ticket, only unused tickets can be refunded by going to a designated ticket office and paying a refund fee of 220 yen.
- Cancellation and refund are not possible after the expiration date.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
