• After making a reservation, we will inform you of the confirmed pick-up time for each hotel via KakaoTalk between 20:00 PM and 21:00 PM local time the day before the tour.
• If you do not hear from us before 10 PM the day before the tour, please contact us via KakaoTalk. (Kakao Channel: Kota Kinabalu Pang Pang Tour)
• Pick-up is carried out by a partner company's vehicle, and additional charges apply for areas outside the city.
• Since this is a join-in tour, if you are late, other guests may complain and the tour will be disrupted, so the tour will depart without prior notice. Please be sure to be on time.
• We will assist you with the availability of luggage storage in the car depending on the date and tour.
• There is no separate car seat available.
• If we are unable to accommodate you, we will contact you separately one day prior to departure.
• Children under 2 years of age can participate in the tour and it is free.
• The minimum number of guests is 4, and if 4 guests are not invited 7 days before the tour, the tour may be canceled.
• On the day of the tour, please wait at the pickup time announced and the guide will call your name in English.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad. Sign up
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.

- Up to 30 days before the start of the trip: Full refund of travel fee
- 29-20 business days before the date of use: 20% cancellation fee deduction
- 19-7 business days before the date of use: 30% cancellation fee
- 6-4 business days before the date of use: 50% cancellation fee
- 3 business days before the date of use - On the day: 100% cancellation fee, no refund
- Reservation changes not possible within 3 days

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
