• After making a reservation, we will inform you of the confirmed pick-up time for each hotel via KakaoTalk between 20:00 PM and 21:00 PM local time the day before the tour.
• After completing the reservation, please contact us via KakaoTalk (Kakao Channel: Kota Kinabalu PangPang Tour) with the available date. Reservations may not be possible depending on local circumstances.
• If you do not hear from us before 10 PM the day before the tour, please contact us via KakaoTalk. (Kakao Channel: Kota Kinabalu Pang Pang Tour)
• Since this is a join-in tour, if you are late, other guests may complain and the tour will be disrupted, so the tour will depart without prior notice. Please be sure to be on time.
• We will assist you with the availability of luggage storage in the car depending on the date and tour.
• Pick-up is carried out by a partner company's vehicle, and additional charges apply for areas outside the city or the airport.
• There is no separate car seat available.
• If we are unable to accommodate you, we will contact you separately one day prior to departure.
• Children under 2 years of age can participate in the tour and it is free.
• The minimum number of guests is 4, and if 4 people are not invited 7 days before the tour, the tour may be canceled.
• Customers going directly to the airport must indicate the number of bags and suitcases when making a reservation.
• On the day of the tour, please wait at the pickup time announced and the guide will call your name in English.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.

• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
