- Full refund if canceled up to 30 days before the start date of the trip.

- 30% cancellation fee applies if canceled 19-7 business days prior to the start date.
- 50% cancellation fee applies if canceled 6-4 business days prior to the start date.
- Non-refundable if canceled 3 business days before the start date or on the day of the trip.
- Reservation changes are not allowed within 3 days.

• Cancellation/refund requests are processed only during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
