- Up to 30 days before the start of the trip: Full refund of travel fee
- 29-20 business days before the date of use: 20% cancellation fee deduction
- 19-7 business days before the date of use: 30% cancellation fee
- 6-4 business days before the date of use: 50% cancellation fee
- 3 business days before the date of use - On the day: 100% cancellation fee, no refund
- Reservation changes not possible within 3 days

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
