It's not difficult to exchange tickets

When you arrive at JR West's Kansai Airport Station, you must scan the QR code in the mobile voucher you received from WAUG at the 'white dedicated exchange machine' installed in front of the automatic ticket gate and exchange it for a usage ticket.
Please remember the machine circled in red in the photo above!

Don't worry, it's not difficult at all if you follow the steps below.

① Scan the QR code in the voucher at the exchange machine.
② Please select the train you are boarding. (You can select it up to 5 minutes before departure time.)
③ After receiving the ticket issued from the exchange machine, enter through the ticket gate staffed by the station staff.

If the “Dedicated Exchange Machine” is out of order and cannot be used, please exchange it at the “Green Ticket Machine” or “Midori no Madoguchi” with the passport mark at the station. Exchanges take place from 05:30 a.m. on the day of boarding until 5 minutes before the departure of the last limited express Haruka train. Also, if the designated car (car no. 4) of the desired train is crowded, please use a non-reserved seat.

After exchanging the voucher for a “Usage Table”, you cannot receive a refund or change the date of use/train of use. (Please contact WAUG for a refund before exchange.)
Also, if you lose the “User List”, it cannot be reissued, so please be careful not to lose it. If you lose it, you must purchase a new ticket.

If the train you plan to board is canceled before boarding after exchanging for a “Usage Ticket,” please use another Haruka non-reserved seat or Kansai Rapid.

EKI MARCHE Osaka 1000 yen coupon

You can use a one-way ticket for the Haruka limited express train and a common coupon worth up to 1,000 yen within the EKI MARCHE area at once.

EKI MARCHE Osaka is a souvenir shop and restaurant complex located right near the Sakurabashi exit of JR Osaka Station. It has a wide variety of shopping items and food options, making it the perfect place for everyone. There are shops where you can buy unique Japanese souvenirs and Osaka specialties, restaurants offering freshly prepared takeout menus, and Japanese restaurants recommended by Osaka locals.

Instructions on how to exchange and use

To use the coupon, you must present the QR code in the voucher at the exchange location on the day of use and exchange it for a real voucher.
Exchange location: Present the QR code at the information counter in EKI MARCHE Osaka and exchange for 2 coupons worth 500 yen .

Just keep the coupon you received and submit it to each store when checking out! (You cannot use it by presenting the QR code. Be sure to exchange it for a real ticket before using it at each store.)
