What to Remember
- All go-carts are for single drivers only,
- Costume rentals are available. (Mario costumes are not available.)
- Must be between 150cm - 185cm in height and 100kg or below in weight.
- The voucher is valid only on the scheduled visit date and time.
- Your ride may be canceled in case of inclement weather. In this case, a full refund will be made.
- The kart ride begins exactly on schedule, so please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time slot. (Late arrivals may be unable to go on the kart ride.)
- Please check the duration and time slot during the reservation.
- The number of people per course is 10. If the quota is exceeded, we may ask you to change the time.
- For over 8 persons' or overbooking, please contact WAUG customer service (070-4353-5959).
Insurance Information
- Third-party liability = Unlimited
- Personal liability = 30 million JPY maximum
- Exemption clause = 50,000 JPY
- A valid International Driving Permit is required to ride the go-kart. (Refunds are not available if you do not bring your International Driving Permit.)
- English Driving License cannot be accepted; you must bring an international driving permit.
- Refunds and changes to reservations will not be made in any case if you do not bring your International Driving Permit.
- Please bring your passport with you.
- Pregnant women cannot ride the go-kart for safety reasons. Refunds for this reason will not be made.

2 days prior to the scheduled visit date: Full refund
