If you cancel your reservation between 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and 12:00 AM local time, a 50% refund of the total reservation amount will be issued.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 12:00 AM local time on the scheduled date.

• Cancellation/refund requests must be submitted during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations submitted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
