BESTI used it really well. How To Use
- Purchase a product
- After completing your reservation, please open the usage screen using the link in the voucher sent to you at the reception desk.
- Tap ‘Use’ on the usage screen and present the screen to the staff to exchange it for a designated boarding ticket.
- Stand in line at the dock 15 minutes before the departure time indicated on your boarding pass.
- Boarding begins 10 minutes before departure time
- The voucher is valid for 1 day within 3 months from the date of purchase.

* The boarding reception desk is next to (east) the riverside entrance of ‘Don Quijote Dotonbori Branch’ on the north bank of the promenade ‘Tonbori River Walk’, and the boarding area is right in front of it.
