2. Please exchange it for a physical ticket at the green ticket machine or Midori no Madoguchi (みどりの窓口) at Kansai Airport Station.

This is a 1,000 yen gift certificate that can be used at LUCUA Osaka, Japan's largest station-based shopping center, directly connected to JR Osaka Station. Instructions on how to exchange and use

2. The validity period of the voucher before exchanging for a physical voucher is 90 days from the date of purchase, but after exchanging for a physical voucher through an exchange machine, it is valid for 7 days from the date of exchange.
3. Please present the actual voucher you exchanged for when paying. Vouchers with QR codes cannot be used.
4. It cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift certificates, stamps, postcards, etc.
