[QR Ticket] JR WEST Haruka Express One-Way Ticket

• Please be careful when purchasing as you can only board and disembark at designated stations.
• Please check the WEST QR URL sent to your email or WAUG app.
• After accessing the URL, please create an account and register your Haruka Express train ticket.
• Detailed usage methods such as how to register tickets, reserve seats, start using, and cancel reservations can be found on the official website . Go to the official website
• Please note that you will not be able to use the Haruka train if your ticket is not registered on the WEST QR site.
• ~ Customers who purchase by March 16, 2025 will receive the Opening Edition, which is valid until June 30, 2025. (Please check the expiration date on your e-ticket.)
• For customers who purchased from March 17, 2025, the general ticket is valid until March 31, 2026. (Please check the expiration date on the e-ticket.)
• Please note that the validity period and available sections for Opening Edition tickets and general tickets (add “General” to the options) are different.
• Tickets previously sold (Opening Edition) are valid until June 30, 2025, and [General] tickets are valid until March 31, 2026.
• Please check the expiration date displayed after registering the ticket to confirm the exact expiration date.

How to create an account and register a ticket:

▲ After purchasing the ticket, please access the WEST QR official website and create an account. (Register email)

▲ After creating an account, please register your Haruka Limited Express ticket.

* You cannot log in to multiple terminals at the same time, so be sure to register your ticket on the terminal you will be using it on.
* If you do not have a smartphone, please register your ticket on the smartphone of a member of your group.
* Once you click 'Register Ticket', you cannot change between ticket accounts.

Instructions for use:

▲ Select the ticket you wish to use from the tickets displayed on the ticket list screen and click ‘Start Use’. Once the ticket is displayed, check the contents and click ‘Use Ticket’ to use it.

* Cancellation is not possible after use.
* Tickets must be activated on the day of use. Do not pass through the gate before activation.
* The validity period begins immediately after ‘start of use’, so please be sure to use it on the same day.
* The QR code is updated every 5 minutes and cannot be used with a captured screen or printed QR code.
* If you accidentally clicked the Use Ticket button and the QR code was activated, please contact us by clicking the chatbot icon at the bottom of the WEST QR app. We will help you invalidate the ticket after checking whether it has been used. However, if the train has already departed, invalidation is not possible.

Free cancellation is possible for unused tickets within the validity period

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
