How to exchange Haruka tickets

6. Select the pass start date. (You can select up to 1 month in the future)

How To Use

Purchase a product
After completing your reservation, two mobile vouchers will be sent to you via email.
On the day of use, present the QR code in the voucher at the exchange location and exchange it for a physical ticket (for Umeda Sky Garden, present it at the ticket office on the 39th floor).
Voucher validity period: 90 days from the date of purchase (same for both Haruka train and observation deck)
