A 7-minute walk from JR Osaka Station, and a 9-minute walk from Hankyu Osaka-umeda Station and Osaka Metro Umeda Station. The observatory cannot be accessed by the Tower East or Tower West elevators, so please use the dedicated observatory entrance on the 3rd floor. Wheelchair users should take the high-rise elevator from the 1st floor of Tower East up to the 39th floor.
