We recommend the Kobe Nunobiki Ropeway. It is a popular tourist facility where you can see the beautiful natural scenery of Kobe and its surroundings at a glance. In particular, the highlight is the spectacular view of the Nunobiki Falls unfolding below as you ride the ropeway! It's a great way to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery of Kobe.
