Notes regarding tickets and admission

• This product can only be used at TeamLab Planet Tokyo and cannot be used at other teamLab locations.
• Please enter the entrance according to the admission date and time indicated on this ticket and line up in the entrance row.
• Youth tickets are for middle and high school students.
• Teenagers must bring their student ID.
• The time listed on the ticket is not the length of stay on the facility.
• If you leave the queue, you must have at least one accompanying participant in the queue. (If you come alone, please tell a nearby staff member)
• Please leave strollers in the designated area before entering.
• Children under the age of 13 cannot enter alone without a guardian and must enter with a guardian.
• Wheelchair access is possible, but there are many works that use water and cannot be experienced in a wheelchair, so please receive guidance from local staff and use another route.
• If you are arriving in a wheelchair, please be sure to change to a wheelchair provided by TeamLab Planet when entering the facility. (The number of wheelchairs for the facility is limited.)
• Please understand that we are providing standard wheelchairs that are not equipped with wheelchair fixtures.
• After leaving, re-entry is not possible and refunds are not possible after entry.
• Children under 3 years old are free.
• Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to enter alone without a guardian.

• Please take off your shoes while inside the facility and proceed barefoot.
• There are places where adults can get wet up to their knees.
• We recommend that young participants bring clothes that they don't mind getting wet or a change of clothes.
• Please refrain from proceeding to the next project with wet clothing.
• Please refrain from swimming in places with water.
• Some areas have glass/mirror floors, so if you wear a skirt or wide-hem pants, your underwear may be visible.
• There are places with strong light and dark places indoors.
• If you are participating with a small child, please be careful not to take your eyes off the child even for a moment.
• When it is crowded, staff may provide guidance to customers who have stayed for a long time to proceed further.

• There are free lockers. Please store your baggage in the locker area after passing the entrance gate.
• Each locker size is 26cm x 49.5cm x 87.5cm.
• Baggage exceeding the size of the locker cannot be stored.
• Baggage that exceeds the size of the locker can be stored in the stroller storage area by locking it with a wire lock.

• You can get on and off the Tokyo subway and Toei subway at any station.
• You cannot board JR lines or private railway lines, so please purchase it locally. (Caution)
• When you first pass through the ticket gate after receiving the physical ticket, the expiration date will be written on it.
