Mount Batur: A Sunrise Trekking Hotspot

Mount Batur is an active volcano located in northeastern Bali. Its relatively easy trails and stunning sunrise views from the summit make it one of the island's most popular trekking destinations.
Although Mount Batur is an active volcano, its eruptions are generally less explosive and destructive compared to other volcanoes, with the last major eruption occurring in 1968. The trek to the summit usually starts early in the morning to catch the sunrise, and on clear mornings, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, including Lake Batur and Mount Agung, Bali's highest volcano.
An Easy Hiking Course

The Mount Batur trekking course is a moderately challenging trail that is relatively easy to navigate. Most travelers with a basic level of fitness can complete the course. It takes approximately 1.5 to 3 hours to reach the summit, depending on your fitness level.
*Please consider carefully if you have physical limitations such as back pain, heart disease, or pregnancy.
Natural Hot Springs, Toya Devasya

Toya Devasya Natural Hot Spring features 8 natural hot spring pools and one Olympic-sized warm swimming pool. Many travelers visit this place to relax after hiking Mount Batur.
The mineral components of the hot spring water that rises from deep underground are said to have healing properties. Soak in the warm water, relax your tense muscles, and rejuvenate yourself! Enjoying the hot springs while gazing at the panoramic views of the stunning mountains and lake will be more than just a simple relaxation experience.
*Available when you select the hot spring inclusive tour option.
