The story of head chef ‘Haruka Katayanagi’
My relationship with beef goes back to a piece of steak my father cooked for me when I was young.
The sirloin seasoned with butter and soy sauce was definitely an exquisite “treat” for me. While training to become a chef, I discovered the immeasurable depth of Wagyu, and using Japanese cooking techniques to delicately prepare Wagyu, I was able to bring out the best in it without compromise.
I want every guest here to be pleasantly ‘treated’, and this is what motivates me to be in the kitchen every day. We look forward to your visit.
