- If notified up to 20 days prior to the start of the trip (29~20): Refund after deducting 10% of the total product amount
- If notified up to 6 days prior to the start of the trip (19~6): Refund after deducting 15% of the total product amount
- If notified up to 1 day prior to the start of the trip (1~5): Refund after deducting 20% of the total product amount
- If notified on the day of the trip ~ before the tour starts: Refund after deducting 50% of the total product amount
