- This tour is conducted in Japanese with a Japanese guide. If you have difficulty communicating in Japanese, please contact the travel agency via KakaoTalk.
- All seats on the bus are non-smoking. There is no restroom on board.
- Seats are reserved.
- The schedule may change depending on traffic conditions, weather, facility closures, etc. on the day.
- Business hours of tourist facilities may vary.
- Higashi-Hennazaki Observatory requires an admission fee of 300 yen.
- If the event cannot be held due to weather conditions or other reasons, we will contact you by 6:00 PM the day before.
- Depending on the number of people, it may be conducted by a mid-sized bus or other vehicle.
- If there are an odd number of participants, there may be cases where participants sit together. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation and Refund
7-2 days before the date of use: 30% of the travel fee
The day before the date of use: 50% of the travel fee
On the day of use: 100% of the travel fee cancellation fee will be charged.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
