• The 4-day online pass can be used freely within 7 days of purchase, and the 7-day online pass can be used freely within 10 days of purchase.
• Please note that the KCC Farmers Market only operates on Saturdays.

• Children under 2 years old can enter for free (no seats provided)
• Children must sit on an accompanying adult's lap and please bring the child's passport for verification.
• You can use it on any number of days you want without having to use it on consecutive days.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited.
• Large items are not allowed, and only one small personal item and one piece of checked baggage no larger than 24" x 18" x 12" are allowed.
• Luggage must be stored on your lap.
• Routes and schedules may change depending on traffic or road conditions.
• Before boarding, pick up a paper map and directions at the Main Trolley Hub Station (2250 Kalakaua Ave. Honolulu, HI 96815).
• Arriving early will give you priority access to select your preferred seat.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.

Cancellations made 6 days (inclusive) prior to the selected date: Free cancellation
Cancellation made 4 - 5 days prior to the selected date: 5% fee
Cancellation made 2 - 3 days prior to the selected date: 50% fee
Cancellation made 0 - 1 days prior to the selected date: Order cancellation, change, and refund requests are not possible

• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Monday - Friday 10:00 - 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations made outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
