My parents used this tour package for their trip to Zhangjiajie, China. Guide Shin Ki-hyeok from Panda Tour helped them out, and they said they liked it right from the start because he came out to wait for them as soon as they landed, so they didn't get lost. They also mentioned that he adjusted the schedule to make it easier for them to get around. My parents weren't aware that the course included trekking on the last day, but the guide suggested that we shorten the trek and just see the night view instead. They said seeing the night view was wonderful, and thanks to the schedule adjustments, they were able to return without getting tired. Furthermore, they said they felt comfortable and had a great time because he provided kind guidance until the very end of the trip. My mother is quite picky about food, so they were worried before we left, but contrary to their concerns, they ate very well at the restaurants recommended by the guide, saying they were delicious. They talked to me for over an hour about how much they enjoyed the trip. They were so satisfied and keep saying they want to go back again. Haha. I am so grateful to Guide Shin Ki-hyeok from Panda Tour for helping us have a safe trip!
