BESTIt was hot, but I looked at every nook and cranny

Singapore's fifth wildlife park, Rainforest Wild Asia, is Asia's first adventure-based zoo. Recreate the Southeast Asian rainforest, allowing you to experience wildlife as if you were on a forest adventure. Come face-to-face with 36 species of animals, including Malayan tigers, otters, crocodiles, and even cobras. Divided into 10 themed zones, explore unique animal habitats and experience unique interactions with the animals!

Adventure in the Giant Rainforest
Visit the newly opened Rainforest Wild Asia in March 2025. Unlike your average zoo, this 13-hectare space offers a chance to venture into a lush rainforest and encounter wild animals. Located in the Wild West section of Mandai Wildlife Park, it's close to Bird Paradise. Divided into 10 themed zones, Rainforest Wild Asia offers a variety of terrains to explore, including the Mangrove Walk, Karst, and Canopy, and allows you to encounter animals. Therefore, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothing!
The biggest attraction of Rainforest Wild Asia is that you can meet wild animals and explore various terrains, such as caves and waterfalls, in the rainforest.

Introduction to the main theme areas
Flexible habitats
Wild animals like the red lynx and babirusa appear here at various times of the day. This area is called a "flexible habitat" because it allows for close-up observation of various animals' natural behavior.
The Karsts
Take in the majestic karst landscape, a backdrop of rugged limestone formations! Langur monkeys can be seen freely roaming the landscape.
Forest Floor & Rock Cascade
Trek through the forest, past fallen logs and boulders, to reach the Rock Falls, home to Malayan tigers. Spot tigers traversing the waterfalls, streams, and rocks.
The Canopy
The Canopy is where you can encounter animals living high in the treetops. Spot Javan langurs and red-shanked douc langurs, two monkey species, hopping around.
The Cavern
This massive cave formation is inspired by the Mulu Caves in Sarawak. Wander through safe underground passages and spot racer snakes and giant black scorpions.
