* Limited express trains that can be used with the JR Tokyo Wide Pass are limited to trains that connect directly from JR lines to Tobu Railway. Limited express trains that have both a Tobu Railway station as the departure station and the final destination cannot be used. (When using a limited express train from Tochigi Station, Shinkanuma Station, Shimo-Imaichi Station, Tobu Nikko Station, Tobu World Square Station, or Kinugawa-Onsen Station, either the departure station or the final destination must be a JR station.)
* The JR Tokyo Wide Pass cannot be used on the Tokaido Shinkansen (Tokaido Shinkansen is operated by another railway company).

* A separate fee is required for reserved seats on the "Fujisan Limited Express" and "Fujisan View Limited Express" running on the Fujikyu Railway Line, and when riding the Fuji Tozan Tram.
* GALA Yuzawa Station (GALA湯沢駅) operates only during the winter and spring seasons.
