- Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase.

(However, refunds for the following month may not be processed, and refunds are not available for products already used or registered on a device.)

- Due to the nature of products used overseas, refund requests due to activation issues, unavailability, or eSIM malfunctions may be due to issues with the device in use, incomplete setup, or temporary communication failures, rather than product issues. Therefore, refunds will only be processed after consultation with customer service (phone, email, etc.) using local Wi-Fi, and approval will be required.

- Refund requests made after returning to Korea without prior confirmation may not be processed.

- eSIM products can only be registered and used on the device they were originally registered on.
- Once registered, re-registration on a different device is not possible.

• Cancellation/refund requests must be submitted during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations submitted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellations and refund requests must be submitted during business hours and confirmed upon receipt.
