Cancellation and Refund

If you cancel more than 14 days before your tour date, you will receive a 100% refund of the tour price (excluding airfare, accommodation, and deposit).

A cancellation after your flight has been issued will incur a $20 cancellation fee (the flight ticket price plus the cancellation fee).

A 100% refund will be issued up to 3 days prior to your tour, unless circumstances stipulate otherwise. (For example, a full refund for a helicopter tour canceled 48 hours prior to your tour, or a full refund for a snorkeling tour canceled 3 days prior to your tour.)

Wonderful Hawaii is not responsible for any cancellations made by the local tour operator during your tour.

Reservation changes (schedule or number of participants) are permitted up to one week prior to your tour date.

No refunds will be issued for tour dissatisfaction due to weather or other unavoidable local circumstances.

During the Mauna Kea tour, the route to the summit after arriving at the Visitor Center may be suddenly closed due to local circumstances. In this case, the tour fee will not be refunded. - If a tour is canceled prior to departure due to weather or road conditions at the request of the tour operator, the tour fee will be refunded.
- If a reservation is canceled due to natural disasters, war, government orders, strikes, or closures of transportation agencies, the tour fee will not be refunded.
