Thank you Jovi for a wonderful morning of learning, cooking and eating!!! The pasta making was brilliant fun which Jovi brought to life through her bubbly personality and excellent English. Two wonderful courses using the pasta in two ways with two sauces. Great value, but worth much more. Please consider increasing the price so you are paid properly for your talent, the venue, the meal and the free drinks. Best morning in Florence!!

Jovi is the best chef! She was amazing and a great instructor! My mom and I did this pasta class, our first one and it was so much fun! We learned alot and the food was very good. The views of the ponte vecchio was nice as well. Thank you for a great experience!

Highlights

Enjoy an amazing experience making pasta from scratch with a local chef, overlooking the Ponte Vecchio! Create two types of fresh pasta from the very beginning. It's a practical and friendly experience set against Florence's most iconic view!

Program

Make Pasta with a Chef While Admiring the Ponte Vecchio View

Wash your hands, roll up your sleeves, and step into a cozy, friendly culinary studio filled with the spirit of Florence. Knead the flour, add warmth, and meticulously craft two types of authentic fresh pasta with your fingertips: the wavy, classic 'Reginette' and the savory, ricotta cheese and spinach-filled 'Mezzelune'. More than just a cooking demonstration, immerse yourself in the secrets and cultural origins of authentic fresh pasta shared by the chef. Feel the daily worries melt away, replaced by pure culinary joy and relaxation.

After the class, savor your creations against the breathtaking panoramic view of the Ponte Vecchio. Enjoy Reginette with a flavorful Tuscan ragu sauce and Mezzelune with a delicate butter and sage sauce. As the Florentine sunset paints the sky, clink your wine glasses and cherish this moment, a treasure trove of memories to hold dear.
