Craft Everything from Shari to Neta

First, you'll learn to make the sushi rice, or 'shari', by mixing sushi vinegar into the rice. Then, you'll practice portioning the rice and shaping it by hand. Add wasabi and shari to your prepared 'neta' (toppings) and use your fingers to form the distinctive sushi shape. You'll go beyond simply assembling ingredients and truly experience the fundamental process of sushi making with guidance from our staff.
