Begin your tasting with a personal guide at an experience space located between Shibuya and Omotesando. You can choose one of four themed courses, each offering 5-6 premium Japanese whiskies and 3 traditional Japanese pairings.

With your guide, slowly compare each whisky, discovering the nuances in aroma and flavor. Go beyond simple tasting as you learn about the stories behind the distilleries and brands, and the characteristics of their whiskies, helping you find your perfect match.

After experiencing the basic courses, you can enjoy additional tastings for a fee if there are whiskies you'd like to try more of.

Complete Your Special Tasting with Japanese Traditional Crafts

The charm of this experience extends beyond whisky to the table setting, enhanced with Japanese traditional culture. Decorate your tasting plate with origami and mizuhiki decorations yourself, and complete a special table setting with traditional Japanese lacquerware like Wajima-nuri plates.

During the session, you'll receive an English whisky passport containing a flavor map, tasting notes, and distillery stories, which you can take home as a souvenir.

After the session, you can also learn about Japanese crafts and related experiences that are hard to find in typical tours, through TORIDORI's traditional craft studio and artisan network.
