- Notification received 30 days prior to departure (by ~30): Full refund of tour fee.
- Notification received between 20 and 29 days prior to departure: Refund of tour fee minus 10% of guide fee and platform commission.
- Notification received between 6 and 19 days prior to departure: Refund of tour fee minus 15% of guide fee and platform commission.
- Notification received between 1 and 5 days prior to departure: Refund of tour fee minus 20% of guide fee and platform commission.
- Notification received within 24 hours of the tour start time: Refund of tour fee minus 50% of guide fee and platform commission.
