1. The confirmation will be automatically sent by Broadway (please check emails from trip.com domain) to the email address you provided on Trip.com. Note that it cannot be resent, and domestic email providers (such as QQ) may block overseas emails. We recommend checking your spam folder first.
2. If you have checked and confirmed that you haven't received the email containing the confirmation voucher, please contact Trip.com customer support for assistance promptly.
3. If purchased close to the performance time, seating areas may be adjusted due to insufficient inventory.
4. Broadway seating inventory is limited. Upon successful booking, you will receive a notification email from Broadway. The final confirmation of your booking depends on whether the voucher code is included in the email link sent by Broadway. If the booking is unsuccessful due to insufficient inventory, we will arrange a full refund for your booking, excluding any additional compensation.
5. Multiple tickets in the same booking do not guarantee adjacent seating. Please refer to the seat numbers provided in the attraction's confirmation email.
