This is an admission ticket to Kiwi Birdlife Park, a family-owned and operated wildlife sanctuary in the heart of Queenstown. Discover New Zealand's native flora and fauna across about 20,000 m² (5 acres), and see the kiwi, New Zealand's iconic bird, in a specially designed nocturnal house. One ticket covers the Kiwi Encounter and Conservation Show by the wildlife team, a self-guided audio tour in 5 languages, and the Bee Centre with honey tasting. Kiwi Birdlife Park is a family-owned wildlife sanctuary dedicated to protecting endangered species. See the kiwi, New Zealand's iconic bird, in the specially designed nocturnal house (Kiwi House), and learn about these fascinating birds from the expert wildlife team during the Kiwi Encounter.
The Kiwi Encounter runs at 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:15 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:15 PM, 3:00 PM, 4:15 PM and 5:00 PM from October to April, and at 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:15 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:45 PM and 4:30 PM from May to September.
Learn about native wildlife at the Conservation Show
At the Conservation Show presented by the experienced wildlife team, discover the unique features of New Zealand's native wildlife and the challenges they face in their natural habitats. Shows run at 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM from October to April, and at 11:30 AM and 3:00 PM from May to September.
Explore the park with the audio guide
Pick up a free audio tour and park map and explore the 5-acre park at your own pace. The audio guide is available in 5 languages: Chinese, English, French, German and Japanese.
Taste New Zealand honey at the Bee Centre
Watch bees busily at work in a transparent hive up close. Enjoy a free honey tasting and compare New Zealand honeys of different flavors and grades.
