About the Host

Highlights

Depart from Hongdae, Myeong-dong or Dongdaemun in Seoul and spend the day at Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort on this ski and snowboard full package tour. Ski clothing and equipment plus goggles, a helmet and gloves are all included, so there is little to bring. Learn the basics in a 60-minute lesson, then enjoy the slopes freely using the lifts and moving walkways. Elysian Gangchon has 10 slopes, 8 of which are beginner or intermediate runs, making it easy for first-timers. English-speaking staff are on site.

Program

Leave Seoul and head
to Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort

Board the vehicle at the meeting point of the option you booked: Hongik Univ. Station Exit 8, near Myeong-dong or Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station Exit 11, and travel to Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort. According to the itinerary, the drive takes about 2 hours 30 minutes.

Join a safety briefing and a 60-minute basic lesson

At the resort, put on your ski clothing and equipment along with goggles, a helmet and gloves, and attend a safety briefing of about 30 minutes. Then build your basic skills in a 60-minute ski lesson. The resort has a dedicated equipment rental counter, fall-prevention facilities and safety guardrails, with safety staff patrolling various areas.

Enjoy the slopes during your free time

After the lesson, enjoy about 5 hours 30 minutes of free time on the slopes using the lifts and moving walkways. Have lunch at the resort on your own, and ride back to Seoul at the end of the day. Drop-off points depend on the option you choose.

※ The itinerary is for reference, and the guide will set times based on conditions on the day.
※ Snow conditions and slope operations depend on the weather and are not guaranteed.
