at the Mimosa shop on Ichinenzaka

Mimosa is located on Ichinenzaka, a street that keeps the atmosphere of old Kyoto. With this plan you can choose a kimono, yukata or jinbei, and staff are happy to help if you are not sure how to coordinate the outfit. Yukata and jinbei are available from June to September.

Get dressed with an all-in-one set

The set includes the kimono (yukata), obi, tabi socks, Japanese sandals and the undergarments and accessories needed for dressing, and staff help with dressing. Items such as an obiage, obi ornament, drawstring bag, Japanese umbrella and hair styling can be added at the shop.

Stroll around Kodai-ji and Kiyomizu-dera in a kimono

Kodai-ji is a 2-minute walk from the shop and Kiyomizu-dera about 10 minutes on foot. There are many cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops in the area to visit in your kimono, and the Higashiyama-Yasui and Kiyomizu-michi bus stops are nearby. Return your rental items to the shop by 7:00 PM.
