StarHub traveler SIMs and eSIMs are prepaid plans for visitors to Singapore. Depending on the option, they include local data, Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific roaming data, unlimited local calls and SMS, and IDD minutes, making it easy to navigate, message and share your travel moments.

All options are valid for 30 days, and you can share data with your group via hotspot. Some SIM options also come with an EZ-Link Card preloaded with SGD 3 for the MRT, buses and LRT.

Pick up your SIM at the Changi Airport arrival hall

Collect your SIM at the StarHub redemption counters on the arrival level (Level 1) of Changi Airport Terminals 1–4. Show your mobile voucher and original passport, and your SIM will be registered and activated on the spot.

The person registering the SIM must be aged 15 or above, and under Singapore regulations each passport holder can register up to 3 prepaid SIM cards across all service providers.

Install your eSIM instantly with a QR code

eSIM options are installed directly on compatible devices without a physical SIM card. Connect to the internet, scan the eSIM QR code on your voucher with your phone camera and follow the prompts to install.

Your eSIM must be activated within 21 days from the date of purchase, and the network will only be fully activated once you arrive in Singapore.

Use roaming in Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific

Depending on the option, roaming data can be used in 5 Southeast Asian countries (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines) and 20 Asia Pacific destinations: Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Pakistan, the Philippines, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
