Show your voucher and original physical passport at a redemption counter in the arrival halls of Changi Airport Terminals 1–4 or at a Singtel Shop in the city to collect your SIM. SIM registration is compulsory and registration and activation are done at collection. All airport redemption counters except Cheers are open 24 hours.
