Check in for the dinner cruise at the Warehouse No.3 counter at 18:00, and for the sunset cruise at the counter between Warehouses 7 and 8 at 16:00. From BTS Saphan Taksin Station, take a taxi from Exit 1, or use Exit 2 and take the free shuttle boat from Sathorn Pier (16:00–23:30, every 25–30 minutes).

Dinner cruises can be cancelled for a full refund until 16:00 (Thailand time) and sunset cruises until 14:00 on the day of the cruise. New Year's Eve and Loy Krathong special programs are non-refundable.
