Learn the brewing process with a guide

For about 30 minutes, your guide shows you around the brewery and explains its history and vision for modern sake. See the production area up close as you learn each step, from rice preparation to koji cultivation and fermentation. You will also hear local tips and stories about Osaka's food scene.

Taste 3 freshly brewed sakes

After the tour, spend about 30 minutes tasting 3 kinds of sake freshly brewed at the brewery. You can then enjoy about 30 minutes of optional free time.
