DIVE & WALK is a hands-on attraction that makes the most of Tsutenkaku's height. This Light Plan includes only the "Walk" of the two experiences. Wearing a harness (safety line) and helmet, you follow the course around the outer edge of the middle observation deck roof, 26 m above the ground.
