• Action station — Laksa with prawns, egg and tau pok, chicken and mushroom udon soup

• Desserts — Chilled longan, almond tofu and chin chow, dark chocolate coconut mousse cake, black velvet cake, black sesame milk agar-agar with red beans, fresh fruit platter
