This is a dinner buffet ticket for The Courtyard (formerly Ulu Ulu Dinner) at Mandai Wildlife EAST, Singapore. Savor dishes that Singapore has loved for generations, such as chilli crab, chicken rice, briyani rice, chicken tandoori and ice kachang, all in one place.

Choose either the Asian Buffet Dinner (18:00–19:00 / 19:00–20:00) or the Indian Buffet Dinner (20:30–21:30 / 21:30–22:30) as your option, and use it on the selected date and time. Night Safari admission is not included.

Dine in the atmosphere of an old kampung (village)

Dine in a rustic space decorated with burnished wooden beams and rattan fans that recalls the kampungs of old. If you choose an outdoor seat, you can enjoy drinks to the sounds of cicadas, frogs and other night creatures, and see a herd of Ankole cattle grazing nearby.

The restaurant operates on a self-service basis. Queue at the stations divided by type of food and pick what you like. Groups of 2 or more are served buffet style.

Asian Buffet Dinner (starts 18:00 / 19:00)

Choose your dining time from 18:00–19:00 or 19:00–20:00 daily. Appetizers include chicken satay with traditional condiments and fragrant peanut sauce, and an assortment of sushi rolls and maki served with wasabi, soy sauce and Japanese pickles.

Next comes a green salad of avocado, asparagus, cherry tomatoes and mango with hollandaise sauce and lemon vinaigrette dressing, and a seafood miso soup with seaweed, spring onion and tofu. Mains are boneless roast chicken leg with creamy forestière sauce and linguine pasta with garlic, creamy tomato sauce and parmesan cheese. Dessert is black glutinous rice topped with coconut cream and a fresh fruit platter, with freshly brewed coffee and tea to drink.

Indian Buffet Dinner (starts 20:30 / 21:30)

Choose your dining time from 20:30–21:30 or 21:30–22:30 daily. The non-vegetarian menu includes an onion, cucumber and tomato salad with curd rice and plain yoghurt as an appetizer; jeera rice with dal tadka (served with lime pickle, raita sauce and lemon wedge), butter chicken, patta gobi matar, naan and papadum as mains; and gulab jamun for dessert.

The vegetarian menu serves aloo bhaji instead of butter chicken, with everything else the same. The vegetarian menu is ovo-lacto vegetarian, which includes eggs and dairy.
