After a drive of about 75 minutes from Yogyakarta, spend about 2.5 hours at Borobudur Temple. Walk around the grand 8th-century Buddhist temple, take photos and enjoy the blend of history, culture and nature.

Stop for about 1 hour of lunch at a local restaurant about 20 minutes by car from Borobudur. Meals are not included.

Explore the Hindu temples of Prambanan Archaeological Park

Drive about 1.5 hours to Prambanan Archaeological Park, one of the best-known temple complexes on Java, and spend about 2.5 hours exploring. See Prambanan Temple, Brahma Temple, Sewu Temple and other temples in the park.

At the end of the tour, drive about 1 hour back to Yogyakarta.
