This half-day cruise departs from the Port of Airlie and sails through the Whitsundays to the southern end of Whitehaven Beach. Spend up to 2 hours at the beach swimming or relaxing, and walk up to the southern lookout. The morning cruise departs at 7:15 AM and returns at 2:30 PM, and the afternoon cruise departs at 11:35 AM and returns at 6:10 PM.

Sail between the islands of the Whitsundays

Board a fast boat and pass among the 74 islands of the Whitsundays, starting with views of Passage Peak and Pentecost Island. On the way, the boat makes short stops at Daydream Island and Hamilton Island to pick up more guests, then follows the Solway Passage to Whitehaven Beach.

The captain shares commentary on the history and nature of the region, and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy the sea breeze and the views. Morning or afternoon tea is served, and other drinks and snacks can be purchased separately.

Relax on the white sands of Whitehaven Beach

Spend up to 2 hours of free time at the southern end of Whitehaven Beach on uninhabited Whitsunday Island. Stroll along the white sand to a quiet spot, relax on the beach or cool off in the sea. Protective stinger suits are provided, and beach games are available.

Walk up to the southern lookout

Walk on your own, without a guide, up to the Whitehaven Beach southern lookout. After your time at the beach, board the boat again and enjoy the scenery on the way back to Airlie Beach.
