Tour Iriomote's scenic spots by car

Meet your guide at Uehara Port or your hotel in the Uehara area and travel by vehicle to scenic spots around the island. The morning session starts at 09:00 and the afternoon session at 13:30, each lasting about 3 hours including transfers. Your island-based guide shares the stories behind each sight and photo spots you can only find here.

Visit Shirahama Port and the Unarizaki Park observation deck

First, stop at Shirahama Port on the west side of the island to enjoy the harbor view. Then head up to the Unarizaki Park observation deck for a sweeping view of the sea and some photos.

See Hoshizuna Beach and the Iriomote cat statue

After exploring the popular Hoshizuna (star sand) Beach, take souvenir photos with the Iriomote cat statue on the Kaichu Road, with the island's mountains behind you. On clear days you may even spot Pinaisara Falls in the distance.

Observe the mangrove forest at Omija Road Park

Take in the open view from the Omija Road Park observation deck and observe the mangrove forest growing near the river mouth. The tour ends at Uehara Port.
